Appetizers

Caramelized onion and goat cheese tart
A tender pastry crust filled with slow-cooked onions and goat cheese

Roasted cauliflower soup
A rich soup of creamy roasted cauliflower

Salmon brochettes
Skewered wild salmon with a citrus dipping sauce
 

Salad

Salad of the day
A salad of seasonal ingredients, with a home-made house dressing

Braised lamb shanks
Our signature dish of slowly braised lamb shanks
in a richly flavoured red wine sauce

Beef steak
A tender local steak cooked to order, 
and served with a red wine and black olive sauce

Cherry-stuffed pork tenderloin
A pork tenderloin stuffed with fresh cherries,
slowly roasted and served with its pan juices

Triple chocolate mousse
A frozen confection with layers of dark, white and milk chocolate

Coconut crème brulée
A delicious egg custard with a flavour of coconut,
and a toasted sugar crust
